United StatesBreathtaking neon!
I love this polish. If I could wear it as my skin I would, it has such a beautiful red/pink shift with the flakies under the neon green. Easy to apply, polish goes on smoothly. It was opaque in 2 coats (though I did have a very light pink polish under to help combat potential staining)
